Any cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to booking date will result in a 50% refund of any deposit paid to date.
Ex. £2000.00 service booked, £1000.00 Booking deposit paid, £500.00 non refundable, £500 Refunded.

Any cancellation within a 2 to 4 week period of hire date will result in the customer being provided with a credit note of 50% of deposit paid, this credit note will have no expiry and will serve valid for any new or existing booking, either self drive or chauffeur driven, credit notes can be transferred to another person(s) provided that the original credit note holder has deemed this permissible.

Ex. £2000.00 service booked, £1000.00 Booking deposit paid, £500.00 non refundable, £500 Credit Note Provided.

Should the original booking be amended to a later date, and subsequently cancelled a Credit note will still be issued under the terms set in this disclosure and in reflection of the original date of service.

Credit notes can be transferred as needed however cannot at any point be refunded for liquid fiat.

Any booking cancelled within the final 2 weeks of booking date will result in a loss of any cost of hire/cost of service which has been paid to date.
